As a ‘University of Industry’ the OSTIM Technical University offers undergraduate programs and vocational courses. However, vocational courses are offered solely in Turkish. This is why international students interested in applying to this private university only opt for undergraduate courses.

Campus and accommodation
Interested applicants looking to study in Turkey should note that the OSTIM campus spans a large area and is equipped with several amenities. There are 20 laboratories on-campus, which shows the university’s dedication to building an atmosphere promoting research and analysis.
In addition to this, students can avail of 6 sporting facilities including tennis courts, a football field, an Astro pitch, and more. With 20 active student clubs, there is an emphasis on holistic growth, and students are encouraged to take an active interest in leadership roles.

Admission requirements for international students
OSTIM Technical University does not charge any application fee from students but it does not allow students the provision of filling out an online application form either.
There is no Turkish qualification requirement but students need to visit the university’s Admissions Office to know further details. Students can also apply via Gyanberry to avoid any hassle.
Scholarships for international students
Although the university does not directly mention providing scholarships, the Republic of Turkey does offer financial assistance to international students.
CoHE Scholarship for International Students
This scholarship is aimed at international students enrolling in undergraduate and graduate programs from countries that are recognized by the Council of Higher Education in Turkey.
Although international students enrolling in English-taught courses do not need to provide any additional documentation, students enrolling in Turkish courses need to possess a Turkish Proficiency Certificate. In case they do not have one, a one-year language preparatory course is offered to them.
Turkiye Scholarships
These scholarships differ from normal conventional scholarships offered to international students. Turkiye scholarships ensure that students partake in social and cultural activities during their stay in Turkey whilst focusing on their academic education.
As a result of this, the Turkiye scholarship covers all accommodation costs and gives students health insurance cover during their course.
