- For an MBBS degree, a non-refundable amount of 80 USD is charged.

Application requirements
- Keep your academic transcripts, passport photograph, and English proficiency test handy before starting with the applications.
- International applicants need to provide English language test details taken within the past two years.
- Applicants must have achieved a required grade in their previous qualifying studies
- Most master’s courses require qualifications equivalent to an Australian bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 6.5 IELTS score.
- Doctorate admissions normally require an equivalent bachelor’s degree and an IELTS score of 6.5.

Scholarships for international students

2022 Commencing Offshore Student Scholarship
- This Scholarship came to light due to covid and provides international students studying overseas with a 20% reduction in tuition fees while they are unable to travel to Australia for study due to COVID-19 travel restrictions.
Tasmanian International Scholarship (TIS)
- The Tasmanian International Scholarship (TIS) provides a 25% reduction in registered tuition fees for the duration of their course to both undergraduate and postgraduate students (with few exceptions).
Destination Australia Scholarship (for International Students)
- On 20 March 2019, The Destination Australia Program came to light for the international students as a part of the ‘Planning for Australia’s Future Population’.
- This scholarship is available to international students who are commencing a full-time bachelor’s degree, or postgraduate degree in 2022 on either of the campuses.
- Selection is based on academic merit and application. Recipients also need to achieve a 5.0/7.0 cumulative grade point average (CGPA) at the end of each semester.
Australian Government Research Training Program (RTP) Scholarships
- Awarded competitively to students of exceptional research potential while undertaking the doctoral degree.
