What is the scope of a 60 mins paid counseling session?

You can openly specify a maximum of 4 topics or queries you want to discuss with the counselor. However Please be informed that once the session is concluded as per the allocated time counselors will not be able to join back.

Sample topics that can be covered are mentioned below:

● information regarding application deadlines for universities

● clarification on the entrance exams

● know more information on the tuition fees of various universities and living expenses

● know more about preparation materials for medical entrance exams

● get help to shortlist and apply to university options suitable for my profile

● know more about Public Italian Medical Universities or the IMAT-based admission process

● clarification on the admission process and eligibility criteria of a specific university

● know about Foundation/Studienkolleg options to study in Germany

● know more about Gyanberry services and charges

● discuss the admission process for a specific country ( eg: Czech Republic or Poland etc.)

● guidance on selecting subjects in schools

Is the appointment confirmed immediately after we book the slot?

No. Once you book a slot for the session, our counseling coordinator will get in touch with you within 1 to 2 days prior to your counseling session to verify your details and then provide you confirmation on the counseling. The slot time may change depending on the availability of the counselors.

How long does it take to confirm the appointment?

The slot will be confirmed 24 to 48 hours prior to your selected appointment date and time.

Does medicine/dentistry/vet med counseling cover post study work visa or post study work details?

No, however, you may avail our supermentor counseling session to gain information about the post-graduation study and work opportunities.

Do counseling sessions cover profile building & career counseling?

No, however, you may avail our separate ADDON services for Profile building and Career counseling.

Is the amount paid for counseling sessions adjusted in the registered services later?

No. unfortunately, the Counseling session fees will not be adjusted towards any other Gyanberry services or plans.

What to expect after the counseling session?

Our assigned counselor will contact you within 24 to 48 hours after the session is concluded to share the next steps depending on the discussion during the counseling.

Can you share the recording and the presentation after the counseling session?

Please note that counseling sessions are recorded for internal quality and training purposes only. These recordings are strictly confidential and cannot be shared externally.

Can I come to the office and pay for the counseling session and conduct the session on the same day ?

No, walk-in visits are not available. Prior payment and confirmation of the counselor’s availability are required to schedule either an onsite or online counseling session. This ensures we can provide you with a dedicated time slot and the best possible service.

Do counselors help in recommending/shortlisting Universities?

Our goal is to empower you with the information needed to make an informed decision on your own. Hence, our counselors do not personally recommend or shortlist specific universities. We maintain an unbiased approach, offering you all the available options based on your prerequisites and preferences helping make an informed decision.
