What is the scope of a 30 mins paid counseling session?
You can openly specify a maximum of 4 topics or queries you want to discuss with the counselor. However Please be informed that once the session is concluded as per the allocated time counselors will not be able to join back.

Is the appointment confirmed immediately after we book the slot ?
No. Once you book a slot for the session, our counseling coordinator will get in touch with you within 1 to 2 days prior to your counseling session to verify your details and then provide you confirmation on the counseling. The slot time may change depending on the availability of the counselors.
How long does it take to confirm the appointment?
The slot will be confirmed 24 to 48 hours prior to your selected appointment date and time.
Does medicine/dentistry counseling cover post study work visa or post study work details?
Our assistance for Medicine/Dentistry/Veterinary Medicine is for year 1 or foundation level only. However,the counselor shall brief you on the possible pathways available for post graduate studies after completing undergraduate medicine or dentistry courses, however detailed information/Steps for PG & residency application shall not be provided.
Do paid counseling sessions cover profile building & career counseling ?

The scope of these services can be discussed during the counseling session. Is the amount paid for counseling sessions adjusted in the registered services later ?
No. However, counseling charges can be adjusted if the student is opting for the premium services later on.
