Campus and Accommodation
Campus:
The university has main campuses.
- Madrid-Princesa Campus:
It was built in 1906 and is the main campus of the university. The campus has been modernized according to the changing times. It is home to the School of Languages, Social Sciences, Communication, and Arts.
- Life Sciences Campus:
Despite its old architecture the campus has many modern labs and other technological aspects. It has four buildings used for teaching and is located in the Hoyo de Manzanares. All the Life Science courses are provided on this campus
- Joaquin Marina Lopez Building
It has been accepted as the headquarters for the university. This campus has mainly been housing students of international exchange programs. All modern language courses are offered here. Spanish is also taught on this campus as a foreign language.
- Dehesa de la Villa Campus
All the technical courses are offered on this campus. It is quite near to Ciudad University. The campus is located in Madrid just next to the Dehesa de la Villa

Admission Requirements for International Students
Undergraduate/Bachelor’s Programs
To apply for any undergraduate program, students need to send a copy of their passport, completed application form, and past academic records to the university via an email.
After the documents have been submitted, students will receive an id and password to attempt the entrance examination online. Once the examination is complete, the student and the authorities will decide a date and time for the conduction of the personal interview.
Only after the student clears both the entrance examination and interview, will they be admitted to the university. Once this is done the student will have to submit the following documents:
- A certified photocopy of the academic record.
- Certificate of B2 level of Spanish.
- Photocopy of the academic record from the student’s home country, certified and authenticated by the Apostille of The Hague or, alternatively, by the seal of the Spanish Consulate.
- Certified photocopy of the Results of University Entrance Exams.
Postgraduate/Master’s Program
To apply for the graduate or Master’s programs, students need to email a copy of their passport, CV, signed and filled application form, and past academic transcripts. After the documents have been submitted, students will receive an id and password to attempt the entrance examination online. Once the examination is complete, the student and the authorities will decide a date and time for the conduction of the personal interview. In addition, the student’s CV will also be taken into account.
Only after the student clears both the entrance examination and interview, will they be admitted to the university. Once this is done the student will have to submit the following documents:
- Certificate of B2 level of Spanish.
- Certified photocopy of the university degree previously legalized through The Hague Apostille.
- Certified photocopy of the academic record
- Certificate issued by the university of origin certifying that your studies are official and that they give access to postgraduate studies.
