Admission requirements at Centennial College:

Application deadlines: The deadlines for new students applying to Centennial College for the Fall, Winter, and Summer semesters are as follows:

Bachelor Degree Program

  • All academic prerequisites for degree programs must be completed at the “U” or “M” level, or equivalent.

Modified Apprenticeship or Co-op Apprenticeship Program

All the previous requirements mentioned above in the Bachelor’s program are also required for the Modified Apprenticeship or Co-op Apprenticeship Program. However, Modified Apprenticeship or Co-op Apprenticeship Programs also have these further requirements:

  • An Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or GED OSSD Equivalency.

Fast-track or Graduate Certificate Program

  • A bachelor’s degree or a three-year college diploma is required. The College will consider applicants with a half-degree (minimum two years) or a two-year college for select graduate certificates or fast-track programs.
  • Before applying to some programs, you must have completed post-secondary courses such as English or math.
  • Any program-specific criteria, such as portfolios, auditions, writing samples, interviews, or English and Math entrance tests, must be completed prior to acceptance.
