Campus & Accommodation

The SUNY Polytechnic Institute is situated in leading tech cities of the world Newyork and has two campuses located in Utica, Albany. The Institute has a grandeur campus of 800 Acre with 5 colleges and world-class research centers and laboratories. 

The University provides students with the option to stay in one of the four student halls which have a capacity of 1000+ students and provides specific services such as laundry, parking, food services, cable TV, and vending machines.

Admission process for International students

The admission procedure is held in a total of two rounds with one being an early round for autumn freshmen and first-year students. Early Action is a non-binding early application/notification program.

To be eligible for admission to the nanoscale science or nanoscale engineering undergraduate programs at the Albany campus, first-year/freshman applicants should have a high school GPA of 87.5 percent or greater by US standards.

Pre-calculus through four years of high school mathematics

Four years of high school science, with one year of each of the courses listed below: Biology, chemistry, earth science, and physics are just a few of the subjects covered.

English, social science, humanities, and foreign language are all part of the traditional high school curriculum.

Scholarship for international students

A complete application for admission must be received by January 1 for autumn admission and October 1 for spring admission to be considered for priority scholarship consideration.
