Campus and accommodation
The campus is spread over 710 acres of land comprising woods, ponds, trails, up-to-date athletic facilities, and a brand new quad. The campus has all modern facilities including libraries, dining areas, and residential halls.
Accommodation:
UMass has a new residence hall exclusively for first-year students. The hall is split into two main residential buildings including a state-of-the-art dining facility. This modern living facility will be home to 1,210 students. There are single and double occupancy rooms that are fully furnished. The hall also consists of study areas and access to high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the entire community. plus free laundry with an app to remotely monitor your laundry’s progress. Other amenities include computer lounges, maker spaces, performance practice areas, classrooms, and plenty of outdoor gathering space.

Scholarships for International students
International students are eligible for the merit-based scholarships provided by UMass Dartmouth. Applicants will be automatically considered for the following scholarships based on their acceptance to UMassD. The eligibility criteria for the merit-based scholarships are as follows.
- Chancellor’s Scholarship: This scholarship is granted to a first-year applicant for a total of four years as long as the student maintains full-time status (12-day credits each semester) and a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0.
- Eligibility Criteria:
- A minimum combined SAT Math and Evidence-Based Reading and Writing score of 1200 or ACT score of 25
- A minimum of 3.3 GPA.
- Eligibility Criteria:
- Dean’s Scholarship: This scholarship is granted to a first-year applicant for a total of four years as long as the student maintains full-time status (12-day credits each semester) and a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0.
- Eligibility Criteria:
- A minimum combined SAT Math and Evidence-Based Reading and Writing score of 1100 or ACT score of 22.
- A minimum of 3.0 GPA.
- Eligibility Criteria:
- UMassD Admissions Award: This scholarship is awarded to selected students to ensure their success at the University.
- Eligibility Criteria:
