Programs and Courses offered by the University
Vistula University provides several accredited bachelor’s degree programs alongside language courses, a double diploma program, and many other master’s degree programs. A strong academic base, coupled with practical experience attained by doing internships and being part of leadership programs, is what makes students of Vistula stand out.

Campus and Accommodation
The sprawling 7-acre campus of Vistula University is easily accessible from the Stokłosy Metro Station and bus stop. The university provides several amenities such as air-conditioned rooms and lecture theatres, a well-stocked library, a gym and sports center, and 2 restaurants, catering to the tastes of the students.
The university provides on-campus housing for its students. Students have to share a double room with a roommate. The rooms are relatively clean and spacious, equipped with two single beds and two desks along with other basic requirements. A bathroom is also attached to each room.
Students do not have to shell out money for mandatory kitchen equipment, as most of it is provided by the university. The equipment provided includes 2 induction stoves, plates, a built-in sink, two refrigerators, and an electric kettle.
The safety of the students is also taken care of as smoke detectors, sprinkler systems, CCTV cameras, and carbon monoxide detectors are installed in each hallway of the residential buildings.
Admission Requirements for International Students
To be eligible for admission to Vistula University, students should have a decent academic record and provide all the requisite documents.
Undergraduate/ Bachelor Admissions
To enroll in an undergraduate course, students will need to complete the following steps.
- Fill in the online application given on the university website
- Alternatively, to ensure the timely completion and submission of appropriate documents, you can apply via Gyanberry, an official partner of Vistula University.
- Attach your high school diploma, a copy of your passport, a scanned photograph, and a language certificate.
- Pay the application fees (USD 130-220)
- Apply for a Polish visa and accommodation via the university website.
- Ask to be allotted a mentor before you arrive in Warsaw.
Postgraduate/ Master Admissions
The eligibility criteria to apply for a graduate course are the same as the undergraduate program. The only additional requirement is that students will need to attach a copy of their Bachelor’s Diploma with the relevant academic transcripts.

The first payment should be made by the 15th of September for students enrolled in the winter semester and the 15th of February for those enrolled in the spring semester.

Scholarships for International Students
The Student Support Centre works around the clock to ensure that students are not financially burdened and can avail of scholarships that will help minimize the cost they have to bear. Scholarships available for international students include:
Social Scholarship
This scholarship is for those students whose monthly family income is below PLN 1051. Those enrolled in Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts degree programs can be awarded this scholarship.
Award Amount: 187-234 USD
Rector’s Scholarship
The condition for obtaining the Rector’s Scholarship is to obtain a high average grade for the last year of study, and/or possess exceptional scientific or artistic talent. Those students who have performed remarkably well in an international or national sports competition are also eligible.
Award Amount: 82-200 USD
The Minister’s Scholarship For Outstanding Achievements
The Faculty Council may feel that a student’s academic, artistic, or athletic excellence should be rewarded with something more than the Rector’s scholarship. In this case, they forward the student’s scholarship application to the ministerial office.
Scholarship for People With Disabilities
Students should note that the scholarship for people with disabilities only covers a period of up to 10 months. The scholarship amount provided also depends on the degree of disability.

Incentive
A student who has suddenly been placed in a bad financial position can receive an Incentive. This is done in cases of:
- death or serious illness of a family member,
- natural disasters
- the birth of a child
- sudden unemployment
- Theft
Vistula University Merit Scholarship
Those students who are non-Polish, have an outstanding academic and extracurricular record, and have scored a minimum of 6.0 in IELTS or an equivalent internationally recognized exam, are eligible to apply for this scholarship.
The scholarship offers a 100% fee discount for the first year of studies.
