The duration of master’s degree programs at WSB is two years.
Campus and accommodation
WSB Universities offers its students well-equipped dormitories and private accommodation around the campus. WSB Universities do not have their dormitories. However, they have several partnerships with dormitories so students can rent them. These rented dormitories are near the campus.
The students can also rent their own apartments near the universities at affordable costs.
Students get access to several facilities at the universities, such as a cafeteria, computer room, 24/7 wifi on campus, etc.
Admission requirements for international students
WSB Universities offers admission on a first-come-first-served basis. The admission process is straightforward, and to be eligible for admission to WSB Universities, the students need to go through the following steps:

- An oath
- Two copies of an agreement signed by the candidate
- Official academic transcripts translated to Polish by verified translators
- proficiency in English at a CEFR B2 level or higher (applies to individuals signing up for programs taught in English).
Once the student submits these documents and fills up the application form, they will receive official admission from WSB Universities. International students do not have to undergo any additional examinations, including any English proficiency tests.

Tuition, fees, and total cost of attendance

Scholarships for international students
The WSB universities are non-public institutions and do not provide scholarships. There are no university-specific scholarships, but international students can look for some other sources of funding, some of which are:
Scholarships for citizens from developing countries- Stefan Banach Scholarships
The Programme is a joint initiative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange in the form of Polish development aid to provide financial support to students from developing countries in the field of engineering and technical sciences, agricultural sciences, exact sciences, and life sciences. The scholarship is directed at providing only second-cycle studies.
The scholarship shall amount to
- $396 USD per month during the preparatory course (the scholarship holder shall not have the status of a student, which shall prevent him/her from taking advantage of discounts applicable to students, e.g. in public transport);
- $350 USD per month during second-cycle studies.

UNESCO Poland Fellowship Program
The program offers fellowships to students from developing countries for post-graduates wishing to pursue their research in Polish universities. The courses under this fellowship are mainly Biomedical Engineering, Earth Science and the Environment, Field of research/project, Environmental Engineering, Mining and Energy, Civil Engineering and Transport, Sociological Sciences, Materials Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering.
- Fellowships are of a short-term type lasting from 1 to 6 months
- The fellow must carry out research in a hosting institution subordinated to the Ministry of Science and Higher Education
- monthly research grant of $370 USD which is approximately the equivalent of a salary paid to a local junior research fellow
